Newfound Sound celebrated this week with its first ever Spring Sing 22! This event was about members entertaining and being entertained...by each other! Over the past few months, members selected songs to sing in a small group. You could learn a song you never sang before in a part that you don't usually sing! Or sing what you were comfortable with. We ended up with quartets, octets and VLQs singing a wonderful variety of music from our past and present repertoire. Every member had a chance to perform in several groups. There was an open-mic segment where we told jokes and stories. And of course, we had lovely refreshments, decorations and a little bag of treats to take-away! What a time! Sharing friendship and harmony...that what it's all about! Happy spring!
